Located in Mauth, Bavaria, Das Wistlberg Wohlfühlchalet awaits you in the heart of the Bavarian Forest National Park—a 95 m² retreat for up to 4 guests. It offers 2 cozy bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a spacious sauna (for 2–4 people) and a walk-in shower with Kneipp hose. The kitchen is fully equipped. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs for video-on-demand via your own accounts, individually adjustable underfloor heating, self check-in, and step-free access indoors. Families benefit from a high chair, baby cot, and shared games and books. In the garden with green views, enjoy a private, secluded, year-round heated whirlpool, a Weber charcoal grill, and both covered and open terraces. The 40 m² furnished wooden terrace is perfect for sunbathing with views of the Bavarian Forest. A cozy grill kota offers extra options for outdoor dining. A large parking space for 2 cars is available, as well as a shared charging station for electric cars. Events are not permitted on the property. Extras: A small playground with climbing equipment and rocking animal behind the chalet, plus an outdoor table tennis table on request. Vehicle arrivals and departures are recorded by video at the entrance. The chalet sits at 1,030 meters on Wistlberg, Finsterau’s local mountain, in the heart of the national park. Access is via a gravel road past the guesthouse; the chalet is not visible from the street. Nearby are an open-air museum, treetop path, flyline, hiking trails, and the bathing lake in Mauth. The cross-country ski center is 400 m away; the Mitterdorf ski area is a 15-minute drive.
